Seven of us were very happy to join in the return of social paddling on 3 May 2020 on a stunning morning at Kent Street Weir.
We paddled upstream and saw 3 nests full of chicks not far from our departure point. Some of us also discovered a hidden area of the Canning on the return journey. Thanks also to Dave Brown who opened the clubhouse and waited for our return though he was unwell and so couldn’t paddle with us.
