Well it was a night for records;
- Record high water 1360mm on the Gardiner water metre.
- Record low number of paddlers – only 7 paddlers.
- Two of the seven paddlers got historic personal Bests.
Tonight’s winner was Dave McCauley who got to within 4 seconds of his nominated time.
